If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thiley.com.

• Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. No return needed.
• Changed your mind: unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics can’t be returned.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll replace or refund it. Just email hello@thiley.com.
