Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 8–15 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Shipping is free on all orders. Delays can happen during holidays or because of carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at hello@thiley.com and we'll help.
